Discover a world of chemistry through the everyday life of water

A brief summary

The water cycle, weather, solids, liquids and gases are brought to life within the magical atmosphere of Explorer Dome. This new show has been developed with the support of the Royal Society of Chemistry and is the first of its kind, combining bespoke fulldome digital animation with our signature hands-on approach. KS2

Key Stage Two - ages 7-11

Supported by the Royal Society of Chemistry, this show explores the most important chemical for life on Earth - H2O. What is the water molecule and the difference between ice, liquid water and water vapour? The water cycle explained inside clouds and caves - condensation, freezing, evaporation, precipitation, disolving and exploding! Find out more about our most precious natural resource.

KS3

Key Stage Three - ages 11-14

Supported by the Royal Society of Chemistry, this show follows the epic journey of H2O from its cosmic origins in deep space and existence on Earth, its continuous changing state, explosive potential and the fundamental importance of water for life on our planet ... and perhaps beyond.
