Local RSC supports our Chemistry Shows in schools

Explorer Dome Chemitry Show

The Royal Society of Chemistry have announced their support for our chemistry shows yet again! £1500 is available to schools in 2017 in the form of a 40% refund on the cost (excluding VAT) of a visit from Explorer Dome. The funding is available for our chemistry shows:

  • The Bubble Show (all ages) delights in the behaviour of bubbles
  • States of Matter (KS2/3) explores solids, liquids and gases with dry ice and liquid nitrogen
  • Science Tricks (all ages) inspires the natural scientist in us all (there may be explosions…)
  • The Life of Water (KS2/3) which is a fantastically immersive 180 degree full-dome exploration of chemistry, molecules, the Water Cycle and life itself.

    • Funding is strictly limited on a first-come-first-served basis, so let us know as soon as possible if you’d like to make the most of this resource to promote chemistry for schools who reside in our local RSC branch region
